7/12 - 11/12 (week 10)

After sending Vclass banner amendments last Fri, there were still amendments for that today (the client request for some very little changing every time comes to amend). Next, I got to continue doing Cilantro assignment which was not finished last week. I realized that a designer actually spending a lot of time in amending but not designing... Perhaps. doing what other's like and making them happy is what a designer should do, right? The client of Cilantro keep on saying the background I did for the booth backdrops are too greeny (it is filled with leavy motif due to their request). Well, I has been reducing and reducing the opacity of those leaves but yet it looks that greeny after printed out. So I had made a hipotesis that screen showing colors are lighter than printed out colors.

For this amendment, I did some layout changes for certain backdrops, photo retouching, color adjustments & color opacity reducing. Hopefully, the client would happy with it this time. While progressing those amendments, I was ask to do output for Vclass banner but yet need to change something before outputting (changing font's color). Today is quite free since I have this two works to do only. I had some spare time to check my mails and for facebook.

I was told that Cilantro backdrops design was proved and going to be output soon. I then proceeded my way to organize the files (coz its too many files there and I was confused with them) and prepared for outputting files. Mean while, some other jobs come to me as well. i was told to design a logo for a telecommunication shop (& I knew also the logo was given free to the client as a deal for the business). 5 trial designs was requested to do!! What the.... I was busy you tell me to 5 designs just for a free logo and somemore need to be handed in by that day also. Another bad thing of that day was the output of Olympia backdrops design. I was finally asked to output it, in fact I thought it has nothing to change since the client had proved it so I have output it. Who knows they only have the idea to tell me about the changes of size (to fit in the booth) after so long I have output it. I have to stayback because of this >.< id="gwProxy" type="hidden">
